Great location and lovely room Stayed for one night to attend the London Palladium. Everything was lovely although I’d have liked some cups and more tea and milk, could only have one cup of tea in a cardboard cup!! Very poor given this is the most expensive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Used the luggage store after check out so we could better enjoy our day. Excellent service! Was also slightly disappointed we couldn’t get a drink in the hotel at  spa online booking .
